The several times charged but never imprisoned Simple Life star was spotted with her boyfriend on Tuesday leaving skin spa Kate Somerville in Beverly Hills. Aside from the weird looking shape of her left arm, she looked healthy even without the make up. What did they do to her in the spa?!
