Haven’t we all seen and heard enough about Paris Hilton? Of course we have. But as long as she is plodding day by day through her cushy jail sentence there will be something to report to the gossip mongers. Recently, Hilton spent a week in the medical ward after a series of tests were conducted to determine her mental and physical state of health. Though all the tests in the world may not reveal what really goes on inside the socialite’s head, many people believe she is being wrongly given special treatment.

Considering the temporary release of Hilton, it’s obvious that she isn’t getting middle class treatment. Why should she not be treated like any one of the rest of us? Her name is derived from a hotel chain she herself had nothing to do with and yet she is treated like Hollywood’s spoiled little princess. I’ve seen more than enough of Paris Hilton to last me a life time and if she were to never get out of the big house it would be no harm, no foul in my opinion. Paris’ time sitting safely in confinement will soon be over and we shall then see if the dumb act was just that or a ploy to garner sympathy.
