American singer Mariah Carey has blasted the size zero craze and is urging women to “embrace” the natural physiques. The Hero hitmaker, who unveiled a svelte new look at VH1’s Save the Music gala in New York on Thursday, admits to living on a ‘bleak diet’ to maintain her figure. That’s great that she feels this way and comments on it for out future girls, however showing off almost everything in her videos etc still send a strong message regarding perfection of any size! It’s unattainable for stars and for us normal folk alike… But the fact she is not size zero and still looks so beautiful and is a real style icon and carries herself so gracefully in whatever she does should be enough to inspire a generation of young girls to eat better, stay healthy and not go for size zero n an attempt to make it to the fashion and entertainment world.

Jennifer Lopez has been in the UK doing her PR rounds for her new album ‘Brave.’ While on Michael Parkinson’s show, Lopez talked about how miserable her life was before she met Marc Anthony. The art of discovering yourself sometimes lies in the hands of someone you never knew before and would never have met before, you met by chance and the continuous supply of fresh ideas and a new perspective give you a new lease of life. J Lo, I consider you as one of the most beautiful women and attractive women in Hollywood and I am not saying this because there is an article that I have recently read about you that has inspired me to say so. It is your numerous stage performances that I have been lucky to see that tells me there’s something special about you. Do not let criticisms and bad mouthing about you affect you in any way. Keep marching and doing things that make you feel good about yourself and to hell with those who do not like you.
