I know what you’re thinking…and no, it’s not for drugs or a reappearance of the eating disorder that plagued her in 2004.

Mary-Kate Olsen was hospitalized with a kidney infection. Reportedly, she arrived at the emergency room of a New York hospital Monday and was admitted. Nicole Caruso, her spokeswoman, told People that she is “resting comfortably and should be released in the next day or so.”

MK recently had a shot at returning to her roots on a television sitcom. The former Full House star joined the cast of Showtime’s Weeds. She played Tara, the religious, drug dealing girlfriend of Silas. Unfortunately, she had to watch the season finale from her hospital room.

Mary-Kate and her twin sister Ashley celebrated their 21st birthdays in June. They seem to be doing well, especially for their age, given that they made it to the top of Forbes 2006 list of Hollywood’s top underage earners. They earned a reported $40 million. Not bad for Baby Michelle, huh?

MK’s recovery is expected to be quick, and she can return to hanging out with sis Ashley and her newfound beau, cradle robber Lance Armstrong. MK, our prayers are with you.
