Katie shopped from baby boutique Petit Tresor and stocked up on over $2000 worth of European sundresses for Suri. But when she sent a staff member to pick up her items, there was a little surprise tucked inside.

There was a set of t-shirt reading “Big Sis” and a onesie reading “Lil Bro”. There was also a set reading “Big Sis” and “Lil Sis”. Hmm….is that Katie’s way of telling us that she’s joining the recent celebrity baby boom? Maybe this is an early present for husband Tom’s ex-wife Nicole Kidman. She is pregnant with a baby who will be the half-sibling to Tom’s children with Nicole.
