Her latest bungle came when she shocked guests at a heart disease benefit bash - by announcing she loves a good puff on a fag. It’s like Pete Doherty recommending heroin at a hepatitis fundraiser or serial shagger Russell Brand discussing the perks of no protection at an Aids bash.

Joss appeared at a Fashion Week event in the Big Apple to raise money for the US National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute’s annual Heart Truth awareness campaign.

When asked how she protected her heart, genius Joss replied: “In England we smoked rolled cigarettes. It’s better to smoke rollies than straights. Straights have chemicals that keep them burning. So if you have to really smoke, smoke rollies.”

Last season’s American Idol champion Jordin Sparks performed ‘The Star-Spangled Banner (National Anthem’ during the pre-game show prior to the start of Super Bowl XLII on Sunday at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. When asked what she thought of her performance, Jordin said that she was a “very, very, very happy” girl.

Here’s an interesting tidbit. Jordin is actually the daughter of ex-Giant player Phillippi Sparks who, in no doubt, must have joined in on the celebration as the Giants completed an exciting win over the New England Patriots, not to mention, very proud of his daughter as well.

Three lucky ladies recently won dates with 20-year old Kevin, 18-year old Joe and 15-year old Nick – collectively known as the Jonas Brothers. Each brother thumbed through compatibility applications that the girls filled out and handpicked each winner. The girls they picked were named Meredith, Alysa and Daniela. The three so-called couples then met each other for a big triple date at Planet Hollywood Times Square. The three young ladies can pretty much be the envy of all the teenyboppers in the world.
