What is it about Ashley Tisdale that won her the role of snobby Sharpay Evans in Disney’s High School Musical? Inside sources? Hard work? Nope - Ashley attributes the success to her hair.
The natural brunette went blonde in an attempt at stardom. She says, “It suits my personality. I guess I was a brunett with a blonde personality.” She feels that was the key to her skyrocketing fame.
Ashley goes on, “At first it was really shocking and I didn’t know what to think, it felt like another person in the mirror. But now I am comfortable with it.” Her other secret? Staying out of trouble. “I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, and I don’t go clubbing so a lot of those problems go away.”
