She may only be 14, but Ali Lohan’s trout pout has sparked rumours she’s had cosmetic surgery.
Lindsay’s little sister will soon be starring in a reality show following her pursuit of stardom, flanked by mum Dina. And judging by recent pics, it’s easy to see why US gossip websites reckon she’s had an early dabble with the surgeon’s knife.
Indeed, it’s not just her lips that may have had a slight tinkle.
Ali’s hair has gone under a dramatic reconstruction more suitable for a life in front of the cameras. As have her eyes, that now appear to sport snazzy contact lenses.
