On September 30, Walt Disney Records unveils Nightmare Revisited with 20 fresh recordings and beloved covers of the music, mayhem, and merriment from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Danny Elfman returns to recapture the musical landscape he masterfully created for the original The Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack with two brand new recordings of the “Opening” and “Closing.” Adding a new tantalizing twist to Nightmare favorites, Nightmare Revisited also boasts an eclectic array of today’s music superstars including Korn, Amy Lee, Plain White T’s, Rise Against, Rodrigo y Gabriela, The All-American Rejects and more. Of course the soundtrack could not be complete without a popular ghost of Nightmare’s past: Marilyn Manson’s eerie cover of “This Is Halloween.”
Each artist re-imagines the most beloved Nightmare anthems, incorporating their signature styles and bringing a hauntingly delightful new sound to life. Clips of each song can be heard at nightmarerevisited.com.

Shia LaBeouf will not go to jail
He will however lose his license for nine months (not bad really). This is because he refused to take breathalyzer test at the scene.
He will not be charged with DUI from a a car accident in July that severely damaged his hand this is because it was later determined the other driver ran a red light,
The Associated Press reports:
There was “insufficient evidence” to charge LaBeouf with drunken driving, Los Angeles County District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison said Thursday. She said prosecutors are mulling charges against two other people involved in the July collision, but could not provide further details.
“Shia is most happy that he will not have to go to court,” said his attorney, Michael Norris.
You know why there was insufficient evidence? BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO TAKE A BREATHALYZER TEST!
I guess the members of the California Legal system are big fans of the Transformers. I totally understand why they wouldn’t charge someone who has a history of drinking with DUI.
Jeez.

Miley Cyrus was at Disney’s Concert for Hope benefit concert last Sunday at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal City, California. The Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato joined their fellow Disney star to support the benefit concert which aids cancer research and treatment programs of City of Hope. Last year, Disney donated $1 from every ticket sold during Miley’s highly successful ‘Best of Both Worlds’ concert tour to cancer research at City of Hope. The concert series raised more than $1 million. It’s nice to see Miley using her face for more than just being a slut. There may be hope for her yet.

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens performed at the Neutrogena Fresh Faces 2008 Concert on 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, California last week before she jetted back across town to present at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards. At the event, ‘Heroes’ actress Hayden Panettiere introduced Baby V as she came out to sing. Hayden and Vanessa are both celebrity faces of Neutrogena. Vanessa performed songs from her latest album in front of thousands. She had a very busy weekend with doing the concert and then heading off to present at the VMAs. And isn’t she currently holding a tour? She’s like Wonder Woman.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are reportedly joining the long list of celebrities having twins. I knew Ashlee was growing far too fast if she was only having one kid. According to Pete’s hip hop pal Tyga, “They’re having twins! They’re really happy.” Pete initially disputed that they were having twins back in June when he misspoke in an interview. Either Tyga is repeating Pete’s slip or it’s really true this time around. Ashlee will be following the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, Rebecca Romijn, Julia Roberts and Marcia Cross as bearers of twins. Congratulations to the couple! No pun intended.

The celebuspawn brat was snapped at an LA Teen Vogue event sporting her newly dyed hair on Thursday.
Though the red looks much better than the black, I have to admit it doesn’t change the fact the she still looks like a potato head.
When will she realize that a bunch of different hair colors will not help hide her potato head. It’s hopeless. She’s tried everything blonde, black and now red hair.
You think a different hair color can hide your chin? You’d need more than that!
Maybe plastic surgery.
