Miley Cyrus’ new rumored boyfriend, country crooner and model Justin Gaston, took to the stage during the Disney star’s Sweet 16 bash at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. The 20-year old former ‘Nashville Star’ contestant played guitar and sang ‘Achy Breaky Heart’ with Miley’s dad Billy Ray and her older sister Brandi. If he was willing to subject himself from the embarrassment of having to sing that song, I’m pretty sure that he got major points from the family. And if anything, it just proves that Billy Ray is ok with his daughter dating someone above the legal age. Basically, he’s ok with Miley being someone’s jailbait.
