Harry Potter author JK Rowling has been made into Lego at Legoland Windsor after coming first in a poll of guests’ favourite hero.
Children at the park helped to put together 48,000 bricks of Lego to recreate the image of the author.
Over 700 under-14s were asked who their favourite hero was and Rowling came first with more than a third of the votes. Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe came eighth in the poll.
The theme park’s boss Vicky Brown said to British newspaper the Daily Mirror: “We’re thrilled JK Rowling won. Her books inspire children of all ages. At Legoland, we encourage creativity, just as she does.”
