Harry Potter star Rupert Grint has revealed that he has a crush on his co-star Emma Watson.

Rupert, 20, plays the role of Ron Weasley in the hit film series alongside Emma, 19, who plays his love interest, Hermione Granger.

“A lot of people think there’s something going on [between me and Emma Watson] because I have to kiss her on film,” said Grint.

He added: “I’ll be honest with you: it’s not something I’d say I’m dreading. Emma’s a pretty girl. Have Daniel or I ever hit on Emma? Well, she’s quite popular with the cast.

“As for who has the worst crush on her – me or Radcliffe – I’d rather not say.”

The star has to kiss Emma in the sixth film in the series, Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince, which is due out later this year.

Gossip Girl star Blake Lively has admitted she would like Brad Pitt to play her on-screen dad in the show.

Blake, 21, plays the role of Serena van der Woodsen in the hit US TV series.

In the final episode of season two of the show, Serena was seen heading to Fiji to find her father and it is claimed he will be making an appearance in the third series of the teen show.

Asked who she would like to play her dad, Blake said: “Brad Pitt. Or maybe [he should be cast] as my new boyfriend.”

Actor Connor Paolo, who plays Serena’s brother Eric, added: “We’ve been asking since day one who daddy dearest is, so it’ll be good to find out. I’d say Christopher Walken could make a great dad. I think he’d be a great papa van der Woodsen. I think [his and Lily's] dynamic would be awesome. I’ll push that one. Or maybe Jack Nicholson.”

Michael Jackson’s funeral will be preceded by a circus performance with animals, according to reports.

It is claimed that the animal-loving star will be buried after family and friends have enjoyed a circus parade.

A source said: “Michael was a big animal lover. He had lots of animals over the years and he cared for them extremely well, as if they were human. He had lions, tigers, giraffes and elephants at Neverland, and Bubbles until he became too big and unruly.

“Michael would be very touched that elephants will march at his memorial. He used to say that he only ever felt he could be himself with animals and children.”
