Harry Potter star Emma Watson has snapped up a £3million house in London and moved in with her boyfriend Jay, it has been claimed.
Emma, 19, who plays Hermione Granger, and financier Jay Barrymore, 26, have been dating for the past 16 months and it is now reported that she has bought a new home.
A source said: “Emma’s off to university in America soon but was determined to put some roots down in England first.”
The source added: “Despite the fame, she’s really got her head screwed on. After consulting with several property experts, as well as her family and friends, she’s decided to invest in her own place.
“It’s a North London townhouse and it’s just a stone’s throw from her dad Chris’s house. So she can pop round for a Sunday roast whenever she fancies.”
Talking about her relationship with Jay, the source said: “Her relationship with Jay is going from strength to strength. Emma’s confident they’ll stay together even when she’s abroad. It’s an exciting time for her, both personally and professionally.”

OMG. Emma Watson is so grown she looks completely different. I was a little shocked about the news but she sounds like she knows what she doing. Even though she’s dating someone who is 7 yrs older than her she sound certain that she’s doing the right thing. I am a big fan of Emma so I’m kinda said there’s not going to be any more Harry Potter but I’m sure she’ll star in many more movies. I’m glad she’s happy.

As lovely as Emma is I believe she is too young to know what love is. At her age she ought to be enjoying life and experiencing as much as she can. People really don’t know what love is until they’ve been hurt enough and are tired of games. I say enjoy life to the fullest Emma.
