Harry Potter star Emma Watson’s boyfriend Jay Barrymore is reportedly planning to move to the US to be with her while she studies at university.
The 19-year-old star, who plays Hermione Granger in the films, moved to Rhode Island in the summer to start studying literature at Brown University and Jay has flown out several times to visit her.
A pal said to British newspaper Mail on Sunday: “Jay is planning to move out there as soon as possible. He is convinced that if he doesn’t then an American hunk will try to sweep her off of her feet.”
The pal added: “Emma is finding it tough to combine a normal life with her studies, so has decided she will only act and model during her holidays or when it’s necessary. She wants as near a normal life as possible.”
Star Trek actress Zoe Saldana said she “cannot wait” to reprise her role as Uhura for the movie’s sequel.
Saldana, 31, played the role of the Enterprise officer in the flick earlier this year and is already talking about a sequel.
She said: “We’re working on it. They were calling to see where we were going to be and how my schedule is next year.”
She added: “Just that was worth me doing a cartwheel when I got the phone call, because I cannot wait to put on the suit and go back to the Enterprise, take my shirt off and be with all those yummy guys.”

David Beckham has joked that he could be Wolverine from X-Men this Halloween with his new beard.
The 34-year-old star has left fans wondering why he has decided to grow the facial hair, but he said that it’s just because he is lazy.
He said: “Halloween’s coming up and I was thinking of Wolverine from X-Men. It’s not some play-off ritual. I’m just lazy and can’t be bothered to shave.
“And everybody keeps telling me to cut it and I’m stubborn.”

The child stars of the Oscar-winning movie Slumdog Millionaire could lose their trust fund for not attending school.
Azharuddin Mohammed Ismail, 11, was reported to have attended school 37 per cent of the time, while Rubiana Ali, 9, showed 27 per cent attendance.
The children are recipients of funds from the Jai Ho trust, which was set up by the film-makers to provide education, housing and living allowances.
But Noshir Dadrawala, who helps to administer the fund, said: “It’s pathetic.”
Dadrawala blamed the children’s alleged constant trips to Paris, Cochin and Chennai. “That’s fine,” he said, “but go over the weekend, not at the sacrifice of school.”
The children will now have to boost their attendance above the 70 per cent mark to keep their monthly stipend of about $120.
Failure to graduate from school would put them at further risk of losing an undisclosed lump sum donated by the film-makers.
Fall Out Boy star Pete Wentz said his son Bronx will probably go out as SpongeBob Squarepants this Halloween.
The 30-year-old singer is dad to 11-month-old son Bronx Mowgli with wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz.
He said: “Bronx is real big on SpongeBob [SquarePants], so I figure I can’t be SpongeBob – so I’ll go as [SpongeBob's starfish sidekick] Patrick.

Brad Pitt came off his motorbike in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Pitt, 45, was not injured in the incident, which gave rise to conflicting reports.
The Los Angeles and Beverly Hills police departments confirmed no reports of an accident had been made.
Sources on one website claimed Pitt was clipped by a paparazzi and forced to rear-end another vehicle. Another report claimed Pitt’s mirror brushed the mirror of an adjacent car and he lost balance.
Pitt left the scene with his security team before the bike was transported. Pitt appeared cool, calm and collected after the incident, reports said.
Pitt is a father of six children with partner Angelina Jolie.

As the show’s tension heightens, bosses of the X-Factor are concerned over tweets that give away show secrets.
The move follows similar attempts in Hollywood by some studios to clamp down on celebrity tweeting – and to write the requirement into acting contracts.
X-Factor contestants, meanwhile, will be allowed to post their tweets to an official X-Factor Twitter site. Some samples from the site include, Stacey Soloman (pictured): “I’m cooking sausage and mash mmm! Could be a disaster. So excited to see my costume!” and Danyl Johnson: “In the house watching telly and relaxing …”

In addition to setting a Guinness World Record for selling 1.6 million tickets in one day for his 2009 ‘Close Encounters’ tour, British singer Robbie Williams also managed to set a world record earlier this week by having the most screenings of a live concert in theaters. The BBC’s live show ‘Electric Proms’ was broadcast simultaneously in venues all over the world in 23 countries. Julie Andrews graced the Elle magazine Women In Hollywood tribute, humbling several actresses in attendance.
Katie Holmes (pictured) was one of them. Holmes coyly told television reporters: “She is amazing. We have Mary Poppins and Sound Of Music playing a lot in our house right now.”
Renee Zellweger said wryly: “I just don’t want to fall or say dumb things, so I’ll keep my fingers crossed.”
Andrews said she worked with “giants” over more than five decades in Hollywood. They included Rodgers and Hammerstein and Alfred Hitchcock and “delicious leading men” such as Paul Newman and Omar Sharif.
Andrews also acknowledged her fellow honourees, Julianne Moore, Emily Blunt, Robin Wright Penn and casting director Bonnie Timmermann.
Andrews also spoke of working with her husband, director Blake Edwards. During the filming of a love scene, he once told her: “That was just fine, darling, but I know you can do it better.”

Taylor Lautner has said the difference between his character Jacob in Twilight and in the sequel New Moon is “astounding”.
Taylor, 17, plays the role of werewolf Jacob Black in the hit movie franchise and he admitted his character not only went through physical changes in the second movie but his attitude changed as well.
He said: “When I was filming Twilight, I knew that Jacob’s character changed a lot so if I wanted to continue portraying him correctly, I had a lot of work ahead.
“So I started hitting the gym. I got a personal trainer. I started eating a lot of food and cut the sugars. It was a lot of work, but it was definitely worth it.
“The cool thing is that it’s not just physical. You can read it all over him, just in his entire attitude. The difference between the kid that did Twilight and this guy now is pretty astounding.”

James Jeffrey Archuleta has filed for divorce from his wife of over 20 years, Lupe Marie. The couple have 5 kids together, including the American Idol alum, 3 of which are minors and they’ll share joint physical custody. They are divorcing due to irreconcilable differences. The couple actually filed for divorce back in 2002 but after David placed first in the Star Search competition, they reconciled. It sounds like they’ve been having problems for a while now.
Heavily pregnant reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian is the latest Hollywood celebrity to fall victim to burglars.
The star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, who is due to give birth around Christmas, had US$80,000 worth of jewellery – including sentimental items – stolen in a raid on her townhouse in Calabasas, California.
The break-in has reportedly shaken up the 30-year-old starlet and her boyfriend Scott Disick.
Kourtney – older sister of fellow reality stars Kim and Khloe – discovered the burglary at 8.30pm on Saturday. Her home is inside a supposedly-secure gated community.
Among the items missing are Kourtney’s Cartier watch, which is worth around US$30,000, an expensive Rolex owned by Disick and diamond hoop earrings.
But worst of all, Kourtney is missing some vintage jewellery her late father, Robert Kardashian, left to her when he died.
Los Angeles County Sheriff Sergeant Kristy Criner told People.com: “Sheriff’s investigators and our crime lab are responding on the scene.”

Di Caprio, who recently emerged from hapless dating in London, is secretly seeing Port, who stars in The City.
Port has been commuting long distance for several weeks to spend time with Di Caprio, 34. A source revealed their first official date was at his mansion in Hollywood. “They met at an NYC party and he flirted with her like crazy, then asked for her phone number. She didn’t think it was a big deal because she heard he does that with a lot of girls,” said a friend of Port. “When Leo started calling her, she thought he was just being friendly, but he called and called. He was very sweet to her. He told her how beautiful she is, how much he wanted to go out with her. He’s treating her very well, and of course it’s exciting that he’s such a huge star.”
