GI Joe star Channing Tatum’s wife Jenna Dewan has revealed that she thinks her husband would have been perfect to play the role of Riley in Eclipse.

Dewan, 28, said she believes Tatum, 29, would have been ideal for the role of Riley in the third instalment of the Twilight saga, Eclipse.

The part of Riley eventually went to Xavier Samuel in the flick, but Dewan believes director David Slade should have picked Tatum.

She said: “I totally tried to get him to do it. I was like: ‘Baby, do Twilight!’ Oh, my god. I’m a huge Twilight fan. I’ve read all the books. So I was like: ‘You should do it, you should do it, you should do it!’”

The Public Enemies actor met Dewan on the set of the 2006 dance movie Step Up and began dating soon after. They married last month in Malibu, California.

In a teaser for the fourth season of The Hills, Heidi and Spencer are shown in a courtroom legalizing their marriage after eloping in Mexico. Except not really because the whole thing was staged by MTV:

A Los Angeles Superior Court official said Tuesday that MTV was recently granted permission to shoot in a courtroom in Beverly Hills, but it was done after hours – and that’s not one of their judges sitting on the bench in “The Hills” footage.
MTV was granted permission to film “what purported to be a wedding outside of court hours” at the Beverly Hills courthouse, court spokesman Allan Parachini said Tuesday. He did not know who the participants were in the wedding, but Parachini said court officials wanted the filming to be treated as a news event.
The preview for next week’s season finale features a wood-paneled courtroom with the California state seal perched on the wall behind a judge. Civil ceremonies are sometimes performed at the Beverly Hills courthouse, but not in the manner portrayed in the brief preview. If a judge does preside, it is typically in chambers during a break, Parachini said.

I say they should soon take all the money they can, because soon enough they will run our of gimmicks and be part of the obscure elite that once was semi-famous.

Kate Moss has reportedly splashed out $160,000 on her own wedding ring.

The supermodel – who is believed to have got engaged to rocker lover Jamie Hince in Paris, France, last month – has treated herself to a diamond and platinum band based on the Egyptian symbol of long life from exclusive London jewellers Garrard.

A source said: ‘Kate is the main breadwinner in this relationship and has paid for her own ring. She went to Garrard and looked at its selection and a ‘ring visitor’ went to her home to show her designs. She wants the wedding plans tied up by May 1.’

A source, a.k.a. former teen pop sensation Deborah Gibson, tells People that instead of a kiss, Howie gave his new wife Leigh a high-five. She says this took place after they were officially pronounced husband and wife.

Deborah’s take on it? “They really are best friends and that came across throughout the whole ceremony.”

Deborah, for one, is proud of her friend Howie and his new-found married happiness. “He waited until it was the right girl and I’ve watched her patiently wait because he’s been on the road a lot. So the wedding was great to see.”

It’s a first for former boy band member and Dancing With the Stars alum Joey McIntyre. He and his wife Barrett welcomed a new baby boy on Tuesday.

A spokesperson for the family said, “The family is happy and healthy. Everyone’s doing well and they’re excited he made it here in time for Thanksgiving.”

McIntyre expressed his admiration for his wife and for the miracle she brought into this world. He is quoted as saying, “My wife is a rock star!”

It was St. Patrick’s Day when 34-year-old McIntyre found out he and his 29-year-old wife were expecting. He stated, “Being an Irish guy, that’s a good luck charm!”

While the 7 lb. 12 oz. baby was born on Tuesday, no name has been released. Sources say the parents are still deciding on the name.

Britney! the girl is dishing out funds to everyone and for everyone. Nobody told that man to take her to court for custody. Look at the situation. The Sabrina the Teenage Witch star is four months along, her rep says. Hart and her husband Mark Wilkerson, who married in 2003, are already the proud parents of a son, Mason, who is nearly 2.

“I love the faces Mason makes. I could watch him forever,” Hart, 31, told shortly after his birth.

Baby No. 2 will be arriving a bit sooner than the actress planned. In an interview with Celebrity Baby Blog, Hart said, “I hope to have a little sibling for Mason sometime around his third birthday, but first I want him to learn how to snowboard – because I feel like that will be a marker of his self control!”
