IT looks like Ryan Phillippe is trying to cover up a case of the green-eyed monster – or could he just be the nicest guy in the world?

The Cruel Intentions actor reckons he’s happy ex-wife Reese Witherspoon has hooked up with Donnie Darko star Jake Gyllenhaal.

Ryan was said to have been annoyed by how much time Jake spent with his kids Ava and Deacon, Ryan’s children from his marriage to the Walk the Line beauty, and also at how Reese had started a high profile relationship so soon after their split in 2006.

But chatting on The Howard Stern show, Ryan called Jake “a good dude”.

The kind-hearted hottie added: “I love her and I want her to be happy, and it seems like she is.”

Awe.

Carrie Underwood may be the queen of the charts but when it comes to being queen of Chace Crawford’s heart, it’s a completely different story.

People magazine is reporting that the country crooner’s new boyfriend, ‘Gossip Girl’ star Chace was seen getting too friendly with a blonde other than Carrie at a party in New York City last week. Chace was spotted with ‘30 Rock’ actress Katrina Bowden at the Angel Ball and the pair got freaky at the after-party.

Not only were the pair spotted dancing and flirting together, Chace has reportedly been texting Katrina a lot and even told her that he’s not dating Carrie.

Looks like Carrie better whip out that ‘Before He Cheats’ video.

I would wake up and cry and vomit.” If he felt so bad did he ever call Reese Witherspoon and ask her what she was going through at the same time. We all know how bad we feel after a break up or anything during a love that’s gone to becoming a disaster, but none of us ever care to even call up the other and ask how they are doing and what are their feelings.
